SPECIFICATIONS:
- Outer ring: heavy ductile iron
- Skirt: 14 gauge galvanized sheet metal
- Cover: 3/8" reinforced floor plate, complies with H20 rating
- Access covers: low 5/8" profile snap-tight action
- Drain valve assembly: 356T6 hard coat anodized aluminum
- Bellows gasket: high nitrile, low swell rubber, compatible up to 85% methanol
- Cover sealing gasket: one piece rectangular 3/8" x 1/2" rubber ring used in a 1/4" deep machined groove in the manhole ring
- Drain flange: New ductile iron, in-line drain flange.

- Water tight even when totally submerged, keeping water out of the containment and your tanks
- Flush mount pull handle on covers. There are no sharp edges on the whole unit allowing for easy snowplowing. We recommend using Mobil synthetic or equal to grease shaft on Snap-Tight cover once a year for easy movement
- Cam-loks to assure positive lockdown without having to align threaded holes
- Outer ring has 4 tie-downs to insert a piece of #4 rebar to anchor ductile iron ring into concrete
- Bellows will allow adjustment of 4". The unit will accept any two risers out of plumb. Makes for a contractor-friendly and fast installation.
- Will not rattle when run over by a vehicle.
- Does not require speedbump to keep water out.
