INVOICE POLICY:
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice upon approved credit. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be added to all past due accounts. The service charge amount will be added to the monthly statement and must be paid before additional shipments can be made on open terms, minimum billing for products on each invoice is $100.00. All orders accepted will be invoiced at the price prevailing at time of shipment. Prices do not include taxes. Reservations on buyer's order to the contrary are not binding and acceptance of shipment by buyer will be construed as a waiver of such stipulations. In the event of any legal action in order to enforce terms/payment, purchaser shall be liable for any and all attomey's fees and court costs.

CREDITS:
ALL CREDITS MUST BE TAKEN WITHIN 60 DAYS, OR BE DISALLOWED.

FREIGHT POLICY:
All prices are F.O.B. Irwindale, California. When freight is prepaid and added to the invoice, a 15% handling charge will apply. Full freight allowed on $5000 and more, net. Deduct from invoice. Paid 15 days no outstanding balance due.

DAMAGED FREIGHT POLICY:
Acceptance of shipment by the transportation company is acknowledgment that the articles delivered to them were in good condition, properly packaged and accurately counted. All claims for loss or damage should be filed immediately with the transportation company making delivery to your door. CNI should be notified within 24 hours.

MISSING ITEMS:
Missing items must be reported to CNI within 24 hours of receiving, before any consideration will be taken.

RETURN PRODUCTS POLICY:
Request for products to be returned for credit mustbe made within 30 days of invoice date. No returns will be accepted withoutprior CNI written approval. A 20% handling charge and any necessary reconditioning cost will also be charged out.

CNI WARRANTY POLICY:
All CNI Manufacturing products are guaranteed for one year from the date of invoice against defective material or workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any product returned to our factory, freight prepaid, which proves upon inspection to have been defective. Damage or failure of any product due to misuse, improper installation, electrolysis, corrosion, faulty maintenance, accident, overload, abuse, alteration or used with special attachments other than recommended by CNI Manufacturing in writing, is not covered by this guarantee. CNI reserves the right to decline responsibility when repairs have been made or attempted by others.

OEM WARRANTY POLICY:
All rubber hose is guaranteed as per the original manufacturers warranty. Rubber hose is warranted against defective workmanship and material. Buyer shall notify CNI within 30 days afterreceipt of goods of any claim fordefective hose. All other related petroleum products sold by CNI Manufacturing, not of our manufacture, will be guaranteed in line with the OEM warranty.
